At PremiumPrints.shop, operated by MOSO COMPANY LLC, located at 3139 102nd St, East Elmhurst, NY 11369, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or other personalization choices.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are committed to providing the best personalized products, including ceramic mugs, Hawaiian shirts, jewelry dishes, leather belts, and shirts. We will replace your order free of charge for the following reasons:
  • The product is flawed or defective.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product received differs from the product originally represented on our site.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at support@premiumprints.shop with a photo of the product received and detailed shots of any issues. We will use this information to process your claim and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost. For all other requests, please contact us at support@premiumprints.shop. If approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@premiumprints.shop.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@premiumprints.shop. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide a return address. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
